Feeling her heart beating louder than ever against her chest, her breath starting to catch up to the point it was becoming hard to breathe, Feeling the drops of sweat starting to trickle down the forehead, Rania knew she was having the time of her life.

1..2..3..4. 1..2..3..4.

The burning of her muscles, the tingling of her toes. It was all getting more intense by the minute.

But here, she was free. Right now, she could be at as much peace as she ever has been.

She did not have to worry about the outside world and its problems.

All her problems seemed to fade away with each pushup.

All she had to worry about right now was to muster up the energy for another round of Jumping Jacks.

And once she started, she knew she would get there.

Exercise is nothing like the real world.

It made her feel good about herself rather than bash her.

There was a regularity to it, a pattern, unlike the real world.

She knew over here, there would only be a win-win at the end of this, unlike the real world.
