How do we find happiness in our lives? It is different for all of us.
For some, it may be at to be at ease with who you truly are, while for others it may be to have a safe circle of friends ready to welcome you unconditionally.
Over time our brain has evolved to sustain, defend, keep us safe. Hence is difficult to feel the positivity sometimes, as this is not how our mind works.
Sure, we have instances of euphoria and times of joy and serenity, but most of us are troubled by constant negative feelings — we‘re simply entangled in the monotony.
